Remove the sixty six ratings that you have not had returned
Don't make it more complicated than it really is.

Ok sweetassuga I’m gonna go out on a limb here …don’t delete your unreciprocated ratings. I’ve never felt that the ratings were intended to be a quid pro quo. I’ve had providers ask for a review and I have no problem giving it. I personally don’t ask for reviews.
And the reason I say this look at the negative ratings people give and get. Ninety-nine percent are reciprocal. Which effectively renders them useless. He said, she said, flip a coin.
There are a couple reasons I don’t have ratings, I don’t get out much and I don’t ask for them. I keep it simple

You have an imbalance. As you noted, you have 225 outgoing ratings and only 159 incoming.
You either need to get some of those guys who didn't rate you to now add you to your network, or as MadamDBA noted, you have to shed some of your outgoing ratings....dropping many of the guys who didn't rate you.

It was added for a reason: to prevent fraud in the system.

You should remove all unreturned ratings. ( you do get to keep your notes ) add additional notes that ratings was not returned . Then pm each guy and kindly let him know you will rerate him if he returning your rating first. That should free up 50 or so spots in your outgoing

^ Or, hear me out, if you liked them enough to give green in Karma, market yourself by letting them know your schedule and you can rekindle the magic before re-rating.

Sometimes a non-rating is a rating, if you know what I mean.

I ran into that once. I just explained to a few recents and asked them to rate back. A couple did and it's been no problem since.

Don't sweat the small shit.. My ratings are disproportionate too. I never knew there was a cap on Outgoing ratings while building your Network.
