That the dumbest thing I ever heard. I wonder what the punishment will be if you get caught
As if they have a right to keep men from masterbating. He probably does it twice a day

"exceptions for sperm donation" - There's the out, guys. You define it.

Iām going to print out copy of the bill and jerk off on it.

I intended to fertilize the embryo of my laptop. It's not my fault that my laptop has no embryos.
I intend to fertilize every woman on HX. It's not my fault that they foil my plans every time with their dastardly deeds.

So if a women is already child-proof but the guy doesn't know it and "intends" to impregnate her, is she guilty of a crime and not him? Are they both guilty?
If a women is no longer capable of having children, for whatever reason, and she has unprotected sex with her husband are they both guilty of a crime? There was obviously no intent to impregnate.
And on that same line of thinking, I think some states have adopted laws that say fertilized eggs (embryos) being kept in cryo are considered "living." So if frozen embryos are being transported outside of the large cryogenic containers, say from one lab bench to another, and accidently dropped on the floor, is the technician guilty of multiple homicides? (sounds like a great job - hope the benefits are good)
Is being cryogenically frozen against one's (an embryo) expressed consent considered cruel and unusual? Is it considered cruel and unusual even with consent - from anyone?
Once pandora's box is opened there is no end to the madness! Granted, most of these scenarios are far-fetched and unlikely to happen - unless the government gets involved!
I wish we could go back to the days when ALL matters relating to reproduction were handled by one's church and/or one's own moral convictions, and not the government.

Looks like Mississippi will be populated by blind men with hairy palms. Isn't that the classical punishment for masturbation?

So I guess this would ban blow jobs unless the condom is emptied into the vagina or if bbbj, the woman spits and pours the cum into her pussy.

"but sir, i did intend to... someday"

"for now we'll just save it here, on her belly"

We will attempt insemination via her mouth, throat and stomach....

I always thought democrats were jerk offs.
This actually proves it

@jazz51
The idiot that authored that bill might actually think that is possible!

@Marissa_G:
I would like to invite you personally to kill some babies by jerking me off. Perhaps we should bring hand cuffs to the party, and a cute little policeman's hat.

Did anyone read the information from the author of the bill. They do not think it will pass at all it was to show how absurd some of the other bills that have passed or being presented were.
So, two wrongs make a right??????
Introducing an absurd bill does nothing other than grandstand and tie up more time in Congress. If every time an absurd bill was introduced in Congress, someone would introduce a complimentary absurd bill, we would have tens of thousands of bills....
The only time the democrats passed anything that was necessary.
That would be gas.
I agree that it was just some pathetic grandstanding on that legislator's part. Pretty sad that to feel important these days you need to go out and do something stupid.
I always whip it out with the intent to inseminate

If Masturbation becomes a crime I'd be on Death Row...

This bill was introduced as an intentional absurdity in response to the state's anti-abortion laws. It was intended to point out that if women must acquiesce their reproductive freedoms to state, then men should also be held to the same account.

Every sperm is sacred.

Ladies, you heard the law makers, help us fertilize an embryo š
And just how do you suppose they will enforce it ?
Does the Bill have an enforcement Clause ?
.
This is just silly. Not to mention unenforceable. And constitutionally flaccid.
Does having a vasectomy mean premeditated murder?
I am just going to beat my way to the death penalty.

@sharkbone
Yes it was, but it made for good humor fodder. Glad we all got a good laugh out of it.
I got a belly laugh out of "constitutionally flaccid", from @IMNventR

"For that matter, all masturbatory emissions, where his sperm was clearly not seeking an egg, could be termed reckless abandonment."
Elle Woods, noted Harvard law student

Pull an egg out of the fridge and aim for it! Problem solved?
