There have been numerous president's who didn't swear on a Bible. (such as the author of the Deceleration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson)
Obama famously made a point of not wearing an American flag pin on his lapel, some would say that was evidence of (insert your favorite conspiracy theory here).
What I was surprised about was how honest he was on how bad the last 4 years of Brain dead Biden have been. He might have well bitch slapped him right there on the podium, WWE style.

There is no Constitutional requirement for the person being sworn to have their hand on the bible.
