A high network level isn’t required to obtain a club slot. Level 0’s can own clubs. It’ll take 5,000 FX (or about $50.00) to open the slot allowing you to create your own club. It would take getting to (I believe) a Level 3 for the site to give you a slot for free. Much easier just to pay the FX now to get the financial benefits of the club now. Hell, put up an FX album with some spicy pics and it won’t take very long at all.
