I agree with much that is already mentioned. I also identify as at least moderately sapiosexual 🤓 so I want to see a spark of intelligence (or at least no negative indications). Good grammar helps.

Please don’t have photos that just show a part of you. You are more than an ass, or tits, or legs. I want to see all of you… the entire woman. Yes, of course I’m interested in all the parts that make you who you are. I’m interested in all of you, but I promise I’ll pay attention to all of your parts when we’re together.

I agree with much of what has already been shared and I'll add that I prefer a nice hotel room; not a cheap motel room. And please have fresh, clean, dry towels on hand if a shower is available; not a couple of wet towels being reused. UGH!!!

Clean and tidy room, good hygiene (shower, brush teeth and gargle between visits is a must), shower and clean towels available for gents. A genuinely pleasant, friendly demeanor. Rates that make sense.
BTW, these are areas that that the kgirls and their associates often excel at.

Combination of Looks, attitude and ‘vibe’.
Gotta be someone I find physically attractive with a profile that shows to a spark or outlook of seeming fun to hang with. Not that I need a ‘connection’, but I like to have some amount of chemistry with them.
Too much drama and extremely graphic photos is a bit of turnoff.
Also, that first message tells you a lot about a person.

I would add that good communication is key. If in the process of setting up a time and place there is "significant" time lag I will assume that you have little to no interest in setting up a date... and therefore I will lose interest as well. Simple stuff.
