I once read that level 4's and 5's can be a real pain in the ass. Um k, I get it. A couple of times I was praised for being easy. Why Thank You.
Now put yourself in their shoes, even if it's only for a day. Or become a rideshare driver. You'll see.

No excuse for not responding to every message if you’re available. And yes, I understand the ladies get a bunch of messages. The site makes it very easy for you. It’s called canned responses.
The site gives you the ability to write out a standard message. When a dude messages you, you don’t have to rewrite every single thing over and over. Or even copy/paste from a word document. Just create a canned response on the PM page containing all of the pertinent details. I never write up the TOS when someone asks for it. That would be nuts. Instead, it’s in a canned response so that I’m consistent with how I inform folks.
You can even add to a canned response after you select it to make it more personalized. Just select the canned response and after the site inputs it into the body of the message, insert “Hey CJ” at the top so it doesn’t feel like a canned response. You can also add answers to my specific questions as I will usually ask about things most folks don’t.
But he is right. Every lack of a response is a potential revenue killer. An inquiry is a potential client. If you don’t want to see the person, ignore it or politely decline. But in general, a canned response is a great time saver allowing you to quickly respond to every inquiry and hopefully convert that into a sale.

AF... I have been in sales all my life. Some people are just not cut out with dealing with the general public. If you decide to sell anything, that's just part of customer service. Its one thing if the client is a bad client, its another to be a dick in generally to everyone. Then you might as well not be in the serivce industry.

It is correct to assume that someone who approaches you with an attitude in pre-session communication is probably going to let that attitude infiltrate the session as well. Very poor business practices for providers. Reminds me of one of Dale Carnegie's favorite sayings; "A problem person is a person with a problem!"
By having all of my communication via email with new potential (non-HX) clients I also utilize Microsoft's clipboard function. 90% of my initial responses take no more than 3 seconds to accomplish. 60% of all follow on responses are similar. Unlike the canned responses in HX that are only useful in HX, the MS clipboard can be used on any site or email app. By "pinning" the most commonly used one's they will even survive a hard reboot or middle of the night, automatic system upgrade.
If a potential client is dragging out the conversation in an attempt to engage in phone sex or be gifted some pics then I will shut them down. But even then, there is no excuse for having an attitude or disrespectful to them. The key is to do it diplomatically!
My daddy always said that being an effective diplomat is being able to tell someone to "Go to Hell" in such a manner that they actually look forward to taking the trip! One of the most important life lessons he gifted me with.

For the sake of this discussion lets assume the lady and not a "handler" is doing the talking. How they communicate via PM and also how they conduct themselves on the boards absolutely plays a part in my decision to see someone. Being a lousy communicator, a bitch on the blogs or doing shady shit (including ripping off pics) and you will not being hearing from me and my wallet.
Also, if a dude reaches out to me for 411 on a lady that I've seen, I'll check their network and do a blog search before I respond, if they smell like a dick, no dice on the info.

Please be patient when it comes to message responses especially those of us who don't have the luxury of having help
I'm currently down to 200 more messages that I'm checking sadly I know that by the time that I reply back to most the interest will have faded but I do my best.
If I could clone myself I promise I would pay all of the money in the world to have two of me it's worth the wait, I promise

it does beg a few questions...
How many use a handler? I am guessing its well over 50%
i have seen some wording used in the same context over and over - but i thought it was the lady i was communicating with..
also, for the remainder, those not using a handler, it may be more of a hobby for them, or a side gig.
in this situation the matter is less transactional but can certainly also reveal a different than appreciated personality.

Completely agree. Attitude is everything (a good one that is). Ladies with PMs sprinkled with negative attitude I move past regularly. There are way too many options to be bothered with a potential session that most likely will be a precursor discovered in said attitude-laced PM. However, based on the context of the some of these PMs that I have read, it is clear that some of it is a reaction to potential clients acting like jerks, being disrespectful, etc. The problem is of course you are chasing away potential customers including those who are gentlemen, respectful, etc.... like me 🙂 Just be smart and use a little common sense. I like the Dale Carnegie reference from Marrisa_G, who is a great communicator by the way. I love timely responses but I know well that it can be challenging depending on the inflow of mail. It is usually quite easy to determine if the provider is genuinely sorry for a late response and I am normally good with that. Never replying is a different thing all together. June.Moon is a sweatheart. All sugar and honey. She is a great practitioner of good communication and very genuine. Love that brain!
I am not in sales, but in my occupation I too get hundreds of emails... every day (about 1100 unread at the moment). The difference is I don't have to deal with or filter out emails from idiots and find clever ways to tell them to go to hell. My 2 cents.

The way I approach Hx perspective guest I respond to the ones who have recent activity or/and have seen providers in my area, if I see that a message is send to me from someone who's interactions have been with 18's and 20's years old providers or their location is out of my city or town, or they have seen providers out of town only, no need for me to response. I know where I stand in the pecking order, as delusional as I am. I know who and what I can and will provide, at my age, I care more about quality than quantity and besides I have adds throughout the net, my texters handle those adds. Yes sometimes whenever I am extremely busy specially Mondays and Fridays I make mistakes by engaging in an ongoing endless conversation leading to nothing. I know for a fact that once I let go of how I handle my business I make mistakes I have no one to blame for except moi🤣🤣 I take that as an learning opportunity. I am also aware that no one in this industry can and will please 100% of their costumers, I try to hit my target of 95%-98% and I'm ok with it.
Side note: Costco have specials on wine and cheese for those who enjoy them during the holidays. Happy holidays to everyone

People who fill their photo albums with screen shots of angry conversations with clients will never get my business. Bitterness really never tastes sweet.

Misery Loves company. A negative reply will be met with no more communication from me.
