"Pink Pony Club" is Chappell Roan's third song to make it to the Top 40 off of her debut album The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess. The song is about a girl in Tennessee who dreams of moving to West Hollywood to work as a Go-Go dancer in a queer bar.

Is there really a Pink Pony Club in West Hollywood? I don't know about these things. But I know of somebody around here who's an expert.

It’s based on a gay bar in WeHo, I think it’s called the Abbey? possibly the Chapel? Something church themed lol
