In today's society, people are too weak to handle a loss.

I don't think I would have made this far in life without discipline. Although my discipline may have mutated into a form of undignosed OCD.
After a three-month hiatus, I just completed four consecutive weeks of exercise. Exercise helps me maintain focus and relieves the stress of daily living.
