I gained weight and will be starting some personal training tomorrow. Even though I don't look bad and some can't tell, I can definitely feel it.
Gaining weight is a part of life. Women's bodies go through 4 cycles each month and hormones can cause some really noticable changes. Add in things like birth control and boom!
No matter what you feel about someone's looks, BE KIND! It's always the men who constantly criticize someone's looks and that's not ok. If I complained about your weight gain, hair falling out, saggy balls and non working penis then you would have a fit!! That is just NOT COOL and y'all are too damn old to be picking on young ladies.
