jazzy is so right about picture size. A lot of photos on the phone ( unless you set the size smaller) are up to 4 megs. A photo that is 1000 bytes is good for looking on a computer screen since you are not printing out a photo. My website I have the photos at a smaller size so they load faster.
When you look at the photos that are full size, they fill the screen and you can click and really blow up the image. Those that are smaller than the screen size have black around the picture and you cannot zoom in. You could play with the image size to find what works best for you. If the size of the photo is smaller than if you embed it into a PM or Blog, it will not be larger than the screen so they can see the whole photo.
Plus what Jazzy stated. The site charges you for the storage not the amount of photos that are there. It is how much memory the photo takes up.
