Car accident was at the beginning of covid,(I had a lot of physical therapy and epidurals and a few operations) then cancer, and now a very unplanned pregnancy. I have been asking for my Higher Power to help make changes in my life. I have a great place, good credit a decent job and now I have been given a baby.
I’m very excited about my second round of parenting (I had the first ones all before 20) and what adventures having a day job full time, 3 cats, a puppy and a new baby.
Looking forward to the impending housing market crash and buying a home 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

CPI reports today bringing down the 10 year note suggest no housing market and safe landing economic landing for next year. On top of that, we still have to little housing to suggest any slow down in the real estate market.
Unlikely FED rate hikes will continue to increase, as of now.

I agree that I really don’t think the market is going to crash . A lot of my friends are in real estate and they really don’t think that’s going to happen .. those places you mentioned are up and coming .. Tennessee I heard is a good place to go
