Exactly! I’m loving it. CDs and money market accounts work again. Haven’t seen that shit since Wachovia was a thing.

I’m receiving 9.2 in returns, …keeping way ahead of inflationary hurdles. Mortgage is Locked in at 3.4, movement is survival gentlemen.
