A professional touring company is probably as safe as you can get. If it was his private plane, and he was the pilot, I would be afraid of him looking at you "assets" and not paying attention to his surroundings outside the aircraft.
Suggestion: Ask the tour operator if you can accompany the pilot when they do their pre-flight walk-around and inspect the plane for airworthiness. I think that the attention to detail that they do will impress you and help assuage some of your fears.

You can't enjoy yourself if you're nervous. I guess you could tell him that you're a bit nervous about flying and he will be more understanding.
What are you flying in airplane or helicopter? I've been in both but still can't say which one I like best other than the time I got to fly in the back seat of an F 4 fighter jet at 1400 mph.
The last airplane tour I took after takeoff he gave my wife the yoke for 1 1/2 hours. I got to sit in the back seat and take pictures. Then he took it back to land.

Thank you for the advice, Marissa!! It totally set me somewhat at ease and I was able to fully enjoy the tour! My screaming wasn’t too sexy, but oh well! These tours are more fun than I thought!!

@lamar No, he was trying to be thoughtful since I’ve told him before I’m a little bad with flying all around and wanted to see how can I get comfortable with it even more. It was a small plane (I can’t remember the make and model of the plan), but it was pretty cool!
