So crypto is over and the market continues to bleed. Thinking of giving this real estate crowd funding thing a chance. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth of it's con-cept, but since it's a long term hold, why not. Anyone else try it.

Crowdfunding homes?
I have experience in owning several types of property - all with deeds - hows that work if you are investing such minimal amounts.

I mean, really entry is $100? That's a rounding error.
Cant be very legit I would think, but I could be wrong
