No one really cares about the anonymous ratings, except for the chickenshit that made them. It won't effect your biz. Just accept them as a badge of courage.

Dascha. I know it's annoying because you have a good, network but as others have said, the best thing to do is forget about it. The envelope icon means his contact with you was "Online/By email" so you could check your PMs for recent exchanges with a Level 4 who seemed upset but unfortunately this stuff happens a lot and really won't affect anyone who wants to see you.
On the plus side, you've almost leveled up. Your safety level is already a 1. Only the overall level is displayed on a person's profile page but if you hover your cursor over the level of that member, you can see a pop-up with all the categories that make up the overall level.
