I hired a ghost writing team to help from start to finish. They are a great help and motivators too. They are not cheap, but IMO well worth it

Quick info on publishing:
You'll find several companies that will publish your book, but expects you to buy your own book at half-price, and then you sell it full price at book outlets w/autographs. Piss-poor way to tyry and make money.
Premium publishers will do some of the hard work but your comission per book will be a buck, tops.
Amazon has a program that's at least above board and gives the author a chance at making money.
Self-publishing is a pain in the butt and depends entirely on you to find buyers, and even then not at full commission.
IF YOUR BOOK TITLE IS "My three-way with Ivanka and Melani while Jarod watched," uou might get a nibble from a big publisher. But they'll want pictures, too.
