It's sulfer off something in the bay over there
Seems to only come certain parts of the day like night here in LB

I always thought the south bay stunk like forever because of the refinery and the naval shipyard.
But yeah.. was thinking Lynyrd Skynyrd

IKEA is also not far from the Sanitation Districts Of Los Angeles County - Joint Water Pollution Control Plant (JWPCP) that place does smell bad.

I moved to Kalifornia over 20 years ago from the east coast
I was surprised then, and still am today about that large empty land directly across the 405 freeway from IKEA.
Granted, it's a former landfill that only operated for a few years, but given it's location, surprised no one has re-purposed it - golf course, hotel, it's been done in LA.
