When i was a teenager ppl thought was older (due to looks, maturity, and saviness)
I'm 37 .... basically closer to 40.
Life doesnt start till u are 40 so was told by a Columbiano when I was 21.. by 40 u might have a S.o and grown offspring...
For me... (zer0) (&divorced)
So yea I'm 37 which no one believe I'm 37 or can guess my true age... being sober 5yr 4yr 3yr 2yr 1yr 1yr & 3.5 years in my adult life... I think does help slow down aging..
Also I go years with out tanning.
Best advice is USE SPF EVERY DAY even in winter
On your face, hands and decollete...as these areas can show age...
Oh btw with most of my sobriety I was pretty religious and celibate which preserved my meow meow kitty as well 
But girly u look young.
Embrace ur age.
U carry wisdom when u meet nieve 20+ year olds.
I would never want to be 21 again. Tho It was fun AF butt... ya no ty lol
