I have a problem with Red Wines, not in drinking them, since I usually get very sleepy and go off to a warm and comfortable bed. My problem is purchasing and storage. I have a 200 bottle collection. Just opened a 2012 from Spain, it was very good. So I went out looking to replace it... Found only a couple of 2015's which are now at 57 degrees for a few more years.

God Grant Me The Serenity..... LOL ^Ifool.. what a good problem to have... I use to like white wines .. drier the better.... now I can barely drink a kombucha without turning red and getting lil buzz... must be the asian in me  lol
