I didn’t even know that this is/was a thing.
Looks like Asian massage parlors need to diversify with milking tables.
The only bad thing is that you may see an attractive woman going underneath but It could be a trap door under there and the dude with sift hands would be the one milking you.
Also this reminds me of oil change shops where are you got mechanics working on the undercarriage of your car in that sinkhole area underneath the two tracks.

I used to make them and gift them. The most challenging part is to ensure adequate cushion around the opening. I noticed that if you cut the opening large enough, then use the existing foam to wrap the edges, you should have enough upholstery to finish the cover.
I get tables for cheap or free from therapists who upgrade their equipment.

Some tables have a cutout for the face already. You can rotate that cushion around.

I don’t know. A milking table would eliminate the visual aspects for me. When I’m getting lipstick on my dipstick, I like to watch the action. I guess if there was a mirror it would be fun.

The second one is better because it has a bigger opening for better access.
For home made tables it’s important to make sure the hole doesn’t weaken the structure of the table too much. Reinforcement around the hole may be necessary. As mentioned above, padding around the hole is important.
