Skip & onto the sweet potato casserole...u know the one with the marshmallows

My mom made that casserole periodically, but it seemed to always show up for either Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Green beans, cream of mushroom soup, the fried onions on top. She sometimes added a little bacon.....everything is better with bacon.

Not making any this year but I'm with you on the sweet potatoes I'm doing a souffle' this year.
