Much respect for the NB and HB but if you want a little
different pace without a bunch of 20' something rookie shenanigans then South OC in San Clemente and Dana Point ROCKS !
Still got the 20 somethings but mixed in with some solid MILF scenery

Laguna hills there is a great hotel at the La Paz exit extremely inexpensive and there is a 7-11 across the street and places to eat as well. I cant say the name here but if you want to know you can message me.

I miss when they had a legit operation at the hot springs off Ortega Highway. Open 24 hours. Now that was a place for a late night rendevous.

For work? Mid county along the 5 freeway. Very convenient. Avoid the beach cities; too much traffic and out of the way unless you're commuting by boat.

I have to disagree with Pete Malloy.
HB cops are a bunch of jack-booted thugs with a history of abusing the public and of their unions wielding political influence that should not be theirs.
We always used to say: "Huntington Beach...Go on vacation, leave on probation...and a cop with a nightstick might knock some of your teeth out too!"

One of the few times yellow and i agree.
HB cops will let a speeding car race by and almost hit people on the curb, while giving you hell for the way you “look”. That Attitude of theirs has been there since the 80s and has never left.
If you want to get away from the noise, crystal cove is still a jewel of a place to visit.
