An Englishman, an Irishman and a Scot, three friends, are all drinking together at a pub's outdoor tables. They are all 3 enjoying fine, expensive Scotch. A fly enters the Englishman's drink. He calls over the barkeep and asks for a replacement drink. The barkeep obliges.
A fly enters the Irishman's drink. He reaches in, plucks it out, flicks it away, and continues drinking.
A fly enters the Scot's drink. He reaches in, plucks it out, holds it over his glass and demands, "Spit it out, ya bastard, ya!"
