My go to is definitely a single malt scotch. You didn't tell us what your's is.

Black Lab dark ale from Middleton brewery in Wimberley Texas. The only thing I really like about Texas is that they have a lot of great microbreweries.

Yes, a good single malt is good...but a nice refreshing drink during the summer is a Moscow Mule.
