I've noticed younger people being unable to concentrate long enough to enjoy a movie that lasts an hour and a half. A lot of them are into Japanese cartoons and short youtube videos.
There are some great movies on Netflix and I have watched hundreds of them. If you need a list of great movies, ask me.
