Drive for Lyft using the rental program with Hertz. You only need to do 20 rides a week to stay in program. $225 a week with unlimited miles.

Look at Turo...

I'm pretty sure Budget takes bank cards and has unlimited miles

Turo looks great, though. I've never heard of that before.
You can get a Tesla for $90/day or a Cayenne for $150/day

Ya, I tried it and it was really good. There's a guy here in Santa Barbara that rents VW Westfalia campers and he's sold out all l the time...

Turo is pretty cool, like airbnb with cars
-make sure when you make your acct your personal info is the same as your id
-takes lots of pics when you pick up your car so they cant claim any damages later
-you may want to consider buying their insurance options if you dont have enough insurance coverage.
-dont rent an electric car for mutli days if dont have a charger to charge overnight
