That's close to 5 miles.
Been doing that twice a week for 1-month now, and 2.5 miles every 3 days, then give my legs some rest.
Did 4 miles yesterday and I'm feeling the burn.

Here’s a few tips to walk 3 miles everyday effortlessly!
1. Park your car further than usual
2. Take the long way to walk to your mailbox, desk or to wherever
3. Ditch the elevators!!
4 Take the dogs for a longer walk
5. Walk to the gym
