Orrrrrrr we could take more time to understand gender equity and realize some of these boards of publicly traded companies could benefit from the opinion and experience of a woman

These board members meet a few times a year, vote on a few items that management tells them to, and then collect their $250,000 a year paycheck. They are never held responsible for their mistakes. Forcing a woman into such a demeaning role is just wrong.
