Modules not saving/deleting

I can add a new module to my home page fine, but when I try to delete one, or re-position my existing modules, the configuration does not save. Is there a glitch?

I'm not able to duplicate the problem. Is this still an issue, Samurai? Were you on a computer, tablet, or smartphone?
