Not sure why you would eat a fucking bagel vs something more balanced but add some fucking protein and make sure you are active; and it is not the worst carb for energy in the world and I would choose differently but tighten up your shit fucker - if you want to not return to being a fat fucker.

Aussies serve their breakfast bagels with avocado, tomato, and melted cheese. Even better than it sounds.
I think that's a good start now get a little bit of bacon and onion
Throw away that stupid bagel and get some toasted sourdough.
Now you have a good tasting breakfast.
