Wait 2 - 3 hrs (weekdays) or 3 - 4 hrs (weekend) for Franklin BBQ. Have to get there that long before it opens. On weekends, they give out free beer for people in line. Obama stopped in once (and cut into the front of the line...but he paid for a few people's food)
Actually any of the highly rated BBQ places will be an event for your mouth. Bring me back something.
