never worried about it. I can only think of two or three cancellations ever. I always confirm and if the doctor or lawyer or any other service provider has to cancel or postpone I either find another professional or accept that things happen and reschedule. I am sure my attorney would cancel or postpone me in a heartbeat if a million dollar account walked in the door.
