No offense, but was this about you cheating on a girlfriend, or a wife? In my opinion, it only (sort of) matters if we're talking about a spouse. And trust me, being a former spouse, now life long mom, and someone who's been on both sides of this fence as a woman, I can tell you, and all men on this site:
A wife finding out that her husband has a girlfriend, someone he obviously has feelings for-- this is in a different ballpark, comparatively, than a wife finding out that her husband saw a woman on a site such as HX a few times. I was that wife once, before I knew these sites existed, believe it or not.
I googled the number, and found out she was someone on a similar site, at the time. I temporarily felt upset, because I also felt ugly, fat and very pregnant at the time, as most preggos do. . But finding out about a GF, when you're a wife, is a different story.
But frankly, if this discussion is about someone who does not have a spouse nor family, then it is way too small scale to even be posted in a blog. I'm surprised I just wrote two paragraphs about it, myself.
